I’ve BEEN HONORED TO help people from all walks of life strengthen relationships, communicate more clearly, & develop the inner & outer skills that shape a fulfilling life. i GET PEOPLE BECAUSE I HAVE WALKED IN THEIR SHOES.

My own journey began when I was 28. What started as a search for healing led me through therapy, 12-step meetings, & eventually to a career in psychology and coaching. Along the way, I discovered that personal growth truly is A hero’s (OR hEROINE'S) journey. IT IS challenging, transformative, & deeply rewarding.

Much of what I know has come not just from formal training, but from real life — decades of listening to clients’ stories, teaching & learning from my equine & canine friends, & sitting beside people in both their darkest & brightest moments. I’ve witnessed loss, resilience, & the extraordinary capacity humans have to heal, FORGIVE, GROW, & give back.

I believe we are all works in progress, and that learning how to live & love well is essential for the evolution of humankind. When we share these skills THROUGH COLLABORATIVE communication, compassion, emotional awareness, & FAIR BOUNDARIES we make the world a kinder, safer place for all beings.
